Our project encompasses a comprehensive refurbishment, including the addition of a lift, preapplication, full planning, and construction, with a keen focus on maximizing the breath taking views across Hampstead Ponds and future-proofing the home for our clients' later years.
Internally, the design showcases a harmonious blend of functionality and elegance. From the basement swimming pool and gym wrapped around a lightwell adorned with green walls to the upper floors offering panoramic views of Hampstead and the ponds, every aspect has been meticulously crafted. The refurbishment includes major structural works, lighting, and electrical fittings, alongside a stunning kitchen, bar, and boot room from Plain English. The lower ground floor patio features mature planting, while the upper ground floor boasts a balcony off the main living room. The first floor comprises two bedrooms with ensuites equipped with steam showers, while the second floor hosts a luxurious master suite with a walk-in wardrobe and generous ensuite.
