We use Building Information Management (BIM) to facilitate coordination, procurement, construction and operation. This platform enables continued communication throughout the project, ensuring a cost effective and efficient process from conception through to completion.

Design: Concept to Planning
The beginning of a project is always exciting and this stage involves understanding our client’s needs and turning them into a design which fulfils every aspect of their brief. From here, we will develop your design from initial concept sketches through to a resolved proposal, complete with all drawings and documents required to submit the relevant planning application(s).

Detailing: Technical Design
This is where the magic happens! Translating your dream design into construction drawings is a critical point in the journey and ensures that the design drawings translate seamlessly into real life. The end result is a pack of information which enables the project to be tendered and constructed.

Construction: Tender and Building
We have successfully worked with many contractors both big and small and will guide you through the tender process to ensure your project is built by someone who suits the needs of you and your project. Once the project is underway, we will continue to work with you and your contractor until your project is complete.
