Stanesby Architecture was asked in 2017 to provide a feasibility study comprising of hotel accommodation, residential units and community space, to form a new mixed-use development in the heart of Clapham.
The proposal creates up to six storeys of high quality apartments, a new backpacker pod hotel at basement level and a new multipurpose community space. The scheme is centred on new semi-private green squares, creating residential enclaves with a sense of privacy and community.
