Cadogan Gardens is a 6-storey Queen Anne style house, built in 1891 by Henry John Wright. The house is currently sub-divided into rental apartments and is owned by the Grosvenor Estate.
Planning permission has been granted to add an additional storey of accommodation to the roof and convert the existing residences to provide a mix of luxury self-contained apartments and suites, for hotel use.
Stanesby Architecture was appointed in 2017, following planning approval, to provide RIBA Stage 4 Technical Design and RIBA Stage 5 Construction services. The site phase is due to commence in Q1 of 2019.
