The empty property was previously split into residential units and is currently in a poor condition. The Client would like to improve the configuration of the building to maximise their asset and returns. 


Stanesby Architecture were appointed to revise an existing, approved application and to detail and deliver the revised scheme. The project is due to start on site in the summer of 2019.
