In 2018, Stanesby Architecture were appointed to provide proposals to maximise the potential of the existing, Grade II listed Victorian building, located in Clapham, South London.


The proposals included relocation of the above ground car parking to enable reinstatement of the original garden location. New car parking would be provided through the addition of a basement extension. 


The proposals also provided a new internal lift, conservation of the interiors and a new glazed extension to the rear of the property.
